Models:
(0-3) Early Head Start Services and Pregnant Moms:
Children attend class two days a week.
Parent and/or guardians will have home visits 2 times per month.

Home-Based EHS:
Parents and children will attend group activities.
Parents and/or guardians will have weekly home visits

Head Start (3-5)
Children attend class for day a week.
Parents and /or guardians will receive a minimum of five home visits and two parent/teacher conferences.

Combination Model HS/OPK/ECAP (3-5):
Children attend class three days a week.
Parents and/or guardians will receive a minimum of 9 home visits.

Home-Based EHS: (0-3 and Pregnant Moms)
Parents and children will attend group activities every 2 weeks.
Parents and /or guardians will have weekly home visits.

Combination Model EHS:  (0-3)
Children attend class two days a week.
Parent and/or guardians will have home visits 2 times per month.

Transprotation:  For children who ride the bus, children must be ready for the bus pick-up, and
an authorized adult must meet their children at the stop before any child will be relased.


Hours of Operation:  Monday through Friday  8-4:30

Transportation:  Maybe limited beyond certain geographical boundries.  Meeting points will be established for those outside the boundries.

Snack and Meals meet the USDA Standards.  Child And Adult Care Food Program.
