The Mid-Columbia Children’s Council is pleased to announce that Freddy Gonzalez has agreed to serve as Interim Executive Director, beginning October 25, 2022.
A lifelong Pacific Northwest resident, Freddy is the perfect choice to serve in this important leadership role, and we are pleased that he has accepted the responsibility. Freddy is uniquely qualified to serve as Interim Director, with the expertise needed to navigate our current landscape. He has demonstrated steady and reliable success in MCCC’s most important departments. Over the past 13 years, Freddy has served as Information Technology (IT) & Facilities Manager; IT, Facilities & Transportation Director; HR Director and Finance Director. Freddy’s success in various leadership roles distinguishes him as a trusted and respected leader in cultivating employee retention, community satisfaction and long-term organizational success.
