MCCC is excited to announce the opening of our newest preschool center in Cascade Locks. Through a joint collaborative partnership with the Hood River County School District, MCCC is able to offer additional high-quality preschool opportunities throughout Hood River County.
Parents can find us located at the Cascade Locks Elementary School, where we are proud to offer free preschool to eligible children ages 3 to 5 years in our Preschool Promise classroom. Our teachers have created a warm, friendly environment where children can develop their character and learn new skills. Jessie Hartley is our lead teacher with years of experience creating safe, fun learning opportunities. In addition, Rachel Hastings joined our teaching team with experience inspiring joy and wonder as children learn. Both teachers believe children learn through play and real-life experiences. They are dedicated to creating positive relationships with families and the community by valuing the uniqueness of each child.
