INCREDIBLE YEARS – Be Extraordinary for Your Kid
The Incredible Years is an evidence-based, proven effective program led by a trained facilitator. This FREE program is for parents of children ages 2-8 years.
This course aims to strengthen parent-child interactions, foster parents’ ability to promote children’s development, and help parents learn how to build school readiness skills through these four areas of focus:
- Strengthen Children’s School Readiness, Social, and Emotional Regulation Skills
- Using Praise and Incentives to Encourage Cooperative Behavior
- Positive Discipline – Rules, Routines, and Effective Limit Setting
- Positive Discipline – Handling Misbehaviors
